主厨的餐桌第一季影评：What is cooking actually

真的非常喜欢整个纪录片传达的一种追求极致的工匠精神：每个chef都是独一无二的，他们通过不同的菜品来表达自己，关于生活态度，关于对大自然的崇敬，关于女性不卑不亢的韧劲。

忽然觉得，不论你做什么事情，你都是在表达自己。你要加入你的独特，加入你的创意，加入你的思考，努力把它做好做到极致，有可能你也会成为大师。

不过我必须得说，烹饪真的是一门艺术。即使在平时生活中，能偶尔从鸡毛蒜皮的日常中抽离出来，单纯得去尝试一个新菜品，反复练习一个菜肴，这何尝不是一种生活的乐趣呢!
