It is really hard to make a satirical film because you need both a smart script from the screenwriters and a wonderful performance from the cast. Fortunately, this film "Network" achieves both. It is a ruthless and hilarious satire to the rating-driven news industry, and the satire remains relevant even forty years after the release of the film.
