Worker 1: All stories you've heard about Fuyao are true. Just to give you an idea of how things are. My daughter does nails for living. Last year she gained 13,000 more than I did. Now think about that. She cleared 40,000 dollars and I made 27,000. Something was wrong about that.

Worker 2: A co-worker of mine was fired for being hospitalized for a week and not calling off. That could've been me. What if I got sick? Would they fire me?

Worker3: Dayton Taxpayers and the state of Ohio had committed tens of millions of dollars to Fuyao. And yet Fuyao management had failed to provide good and safe jobs that this community deserve.

UAW: Labor. Working people and the labor movement built America. It is what made America great the first time. The working people at Fuyao Right now who don't have you... You have a bird's right that is paid for by the sweat and blood of people in this room... people who had gone...and more people in this room... so that you have a right to fair life, to a workplace that's safe. We fight these battles seventy years ago. We rejected seventy years ago, that management, the companies, the rich people, get to pick and choose, what happens to you or what you get, what you don't get, Nothing has changed in America in terms of working people working hard. That was not what changed. What has changed in America is that people at the top decide they want to rewrite the rules, to take advantage of people, to make it in their profit at your expense. Over the course of fighting against this, we found a way that companies can make money and still pay employees in decent ways, and still make sure they can be safe. These two things can be together. We show Fuyao that things are being done a little bit differently in Dayton America.
