Cerulia

电影片尾的字幕里，讲述了Cerulia跟动物们的悲伤的小故事。和Bird Boy一样，cult悲伤故事的背后，是对人与自然，人与动物关系的思考：

突然之间，动物们变得不再可爱。

兔子、猫咪、鸟儿，

孩子们身边的所有的宠物被夺走。

动物饲养的唯一目的

变成了肉类食物加工。

Cerulia住在镇子的边缘，

她藏起了一只水獭、一只鸭子、一只兔子。

水獭向往自由，

在逃脱的途中，

被马路上的车子碾过。我希望Cerulia没有给他洗过澡。

Cerulia严酷的监护着鸭子，

为了保护ta的安全：

不能洗澡，散步，不能去任何地方。

Ta被锁在家具的旁边，

只能任由忽视和饥饿蚕食他的生命。

兔子，是三只动物里活的最久的。

但是生存的方式也非ta所愿，

ta以一种违背自身意愿的形式生存。

肉体与精神撕裂的活着，

只有这种方式，

才可以避免物理上的死亡。

Suddenly, animals became scary. Rabbits, cats, birds, all pets were taken away from children.

Animal breeding was intended exclusively for food consumption.

Since Cerulia lived by the edge of town, she was able to hide the Otter, the Duck, and eventually the Rabbit.

The Otter got hit by the car: its escape attempt crossing the street wasn’t such a good idea.

I wish Cerulia hadn’t given it a bath.

Extreme precaution was taken with regards to Duck’s safety. No bath, walks, or adventures.

Locked up in a piece of furniture, neglect and starvation sealed its fate.

Rabbit, oh Rabbit! Long-lived and fat, it survived almost against its own will.

It was dissected alive, so in a way, its death was denied, avoided.
