贼和骗子的争斗。。。谁都不比谁好，真正受到伤害的也总是普通百姓，但是显然的贼更讲义气。。。剧情以外两个主角的演技才是最大的看点，相比较而言布鲁斯.邓恩更占上风，浑然天成。PS片中有个独手独脚的报馆工作者其实在南北战争中很多士兵受伤截肢战争结束后美国出现了大批的肢体残缺人士，从这个角度看这一选角相当真实可信。。。
反转的局情引人入胜。
冠冕堂皇的主角和绝顶聪明的反角，结尾讽刺，没有绝对的善与恶
