Plot Summary:The old weirdo lawyer Hagger will not let his nephew control his money affairs, even though he has become engaged to Senator Hartwich's daughter Elinor. The uncle himself does not have clean flour in the bag, he is taken in by a circus dancer, Alegria, and to get along with her, he hires burglars with himself, murders his servant, disguises himself as the director's brother and abducts Alegria. He IS insane, and finally indicates himself.
