Plot Summary:In not one, not two, but three separate incidents, a different person has locked their bicycle to B's. B has anger management issues associated with alcohol abuse. As such, he takes his anger and frustration out on the those three bicycles and their respective owners. But B's critical mother, troubled by his alcoholism, tries to get him to do the right thing at every turn.
