Plot Summary:Another race between the hare and tortoise but this time the hare bets on the tortoise to win. But no matter how much the hare slows down, the tortoise remains far in the rear. He finally attaches some jets to the tortoise but they backfire and the hare wins for the first time, but loses again because of the bet.
