In four different stories, ordinary people of tragic backgrounds search for justice.'Above Justice' invites viewers to reflect upon human issues and moral values, opening with the arrest of four people of different origins and backgrounds in 2009, in Recife, northeastern Brazil. The story than fast forwards seven years, as the characters are released from prison after doing their time, and get ready to go back to their lives.
