本片由古龍原著，倪匡改編劇本，華山執導。故事講述據說幽冥中諸魔用魔血化成了血鸚鵡，只要你能看見它，就會有三個願望。江湖俠盜葉停楓(白彪飾)與其他高手一樣，一直在追尋血鸚鵡的真相；而中原名捕「鐵手無情」鐵恨(劉永飾)，則對王府一夜之間突告失竊的十三箱珠寶緊緊追查。一夜，葉、鐵二人在墳場相遇，血鸚鵡突告出現，鐵死於它的魔力之下……An expert swordsman is suspected of being the thief of a treasure sent to Emperor. The swordsman who has nothing to do with the theft investigates and is led on the trail of the supernatural "Bloody Parrot".
