Plot Summary:Special forces soldier Mikhail Tsaryov returns to his hometown in the Murmansk region to celebrate the anniversary of his father Nikolay Tsaryov, police colonel, head of the local department of the Russian Guard, together with his family. But right at the festive table of the restaurant, Nikolay is arrested on suspicion of corruption.
