Plot Summary:Images, sounds, pictures from the past are linked to the present by the voice-over who tells the story of a loss recollected to the mind by words selected from personal journals written all along 20 years. The author lives again the relationship with her mother, who died of a desease, through a personal account made of micro time capsules full of memories. In parallel, a similar experience of loss lived by the author of Journal de Deuil, Roland Barthes, is recounted by a second voice-over.
