Plot Summary:RAPT in Éire, is a tale of a Nigerian academic, Dr Clifford Oyenma who is seeking a new opportunity in Ireland. The story is wrapped around an Irish taxi driver and his family who developed affection for their newly found friend in an unlikely but moving tale of diverse cultures. It is a tale packed with emotion, tension, cross cultural humour, a story glimpsing the frustrations that manifest through a cocktail of low self esteem, discrimination, drugs and greed.\n\nCircumstances unfold as Dr. Clifford struggles to find a job. We witness his misery of living without one and the tragedy of accepting a lucrative but dangerous job linked to drugs and crime, a far cry from his tranquil academic world.
