Plot Summary:A weak-willed youth lying at death's door, a physician struggling grimly to kindle into flame the last remaining spark of life, only to suddenly learn from the lips of his own erring daughter that this youth is the cause of his life's greatest sorrow; there is the tense situation on which this single reel drama is based. Through the long night watch the physician ways between the grip of his own bitter feelings toward this life entrusted to him and the honor of his calling.
