Plot Summary:Norman Strong, known as \"The Bowery Bishop\" because he has a mission for the denizens of the Bowery, is accused by young Tim Brady of seducing his love Venitia Rigola, because he found her and her illegitimate child living in Strong's mission. Enraged, Brady destroys the mission and gets Strong fired because he won't deny that he fathered the child. Complications ensue.
