Plot Summary:Children who use a beach in Devon for racing sand yacht's discover the Army is taking over their beach for training. The children try to gather support from the local community to save their beach but first they must raise the money to hire the village hall to hold a public meeting. Meanwhile in the dunes the discovery of disused mines from the war complicate things.
