拉斯普京造型偏老，没想到是李演出。讲述了他从民间巫医成为皇宫御医，享尽荣华富贵后被贵族干掉的故事。
就是拿拉斯普廷的故事拍了一部汉默风格的低成本恐怖片罢了，拉斯普廷完全的变成了一个神棍
标错了，不过还是去看了，这部比较好找，好瘦啊，而且说实话，宗教内部倾轧也挺严重的，有人的地方就有江湖，但还是能力更重要，即便是神棍也要身体素质出色，各方面的，手动狗头！精神也要够坚强。
一个神棍的诞生。

情节乏味，格局小得出奇，传说中拉斯普廷的死亡过程也缩了水。人物设置和催眠术面部特写似乎从环球老版《吸血鬼》借鉴不少，尤其是虚构的鲍里斯医生，与Renfield极为雷同
對拉斯普廷的描述「近乎妖」，似乎其「叱咤風雲」的原因就在於神神叨叨的「催眠術」，李的表演延續了德古拉和傅滿洲的某種「異相」通過特寫鏡頭對現實觀眾的「心理暗示」，而其毀滅的原因也被庸俗地解釋為「爭風吃醋」和「始亂終棄」，高潮刺殺戲復刻了民間的描述成為少見的亮點。
Christopher Lee扮相还是挺到位的，但是剧本就改的太没劲了
催眠术士Rasputin，高个，长臂，多毛的大手，酗酒，玩女人，舞技绝伦。
