Plot Summary:The Great War is upon Britain. With his international sporting career cut short, Douglas Clark has enlisted in the army. Visiting his hometown rugby ground of Fartown one last time, he recalls his former coach for the Great Britain team and an inspirational team talk - \"you're playing for Great Britain, but even more than that, you're playing for right versus wrong...\" In 1917, Clark finds himself on the mud-soaked battlefields of Ypres, in Belgium, during the Battle of Passchendaele. He's driving a truck to deliver munitions to the artillery battery. During the ammo drop, his team are attacked with gas and shell, and Clark finds he must rely on his old rugby training, and the words of his old coach - \"...When they knock you down, you get back up, because England expects you to get back up!\" - to save himself and his fellow soldiers.
