Plot Summary:Cyprien is recovering from a heart attack in hospital, when he learns that his children intend to have him admitted to a retirement home for 'his own good'. Without a moment's hesitation and, armed with only his slippers, he makes his way to the Corrèze in Southern France, and his childhood home where he intends to spend the rest of his days.
