Plot Summary:The habitants of a neighborhood are about to be evicted. One of them known as \"El Transas\" (the trickster) has issues with a man that seduced his sister at a party. The young Xóchil is desired by every man in the neighborhood, but she only has eyes for and wants to marry \"El Transas\", who will in the end accomplishing a humane relocation for everyone, getting his sister married, and even get married himself.
