Plot Summary:It all happens because Winky has a good appetite. He is simply ordinary, everyday hungry, and the fisherman when approached refuses to hand out. So Winky, in his own original little way, takes matters in his own hands, out-maneuvers a watchdog, and in the end gets a square meal, even if the fisherman does have to go hungry.
