Plot Summary:A two-reel comic number featuring Toto in his usual knockabout tricks. He is first seen flirting in a park, but later appears at a moving picture studio. He gets in trouble here and escapes dressed as a girl. He then invades the grounds of a dancing school, and later the winter quarters of a circus. There is an abundance of gymnastic actions in this and many of the situations are quite laughable.
