Plot Summary:Dirty Dead Con Men (DDCM) is a cool and dangerous, neo-noir crime film that revolves around the disturbed lives of two unlikely partners: Mickey Rady, a rogue undercover cop and Kook Packard, a smooth and charismatic con man.
