Plot Summary:Pit violinist Claudin hopelessly loves rising operatic soprano Christine Dubois (as do baritone Anatole and police inspector Raoul) and secretly aids her career. But Claudin loses both his touch and his job, murders a rascally music publisher in a fit of madness, and has his face etched with acid. Soon, mysterious crimes plague the Paris Opera House, blamed on a legendary "phantom" whom none can find in the mazes and catacombs. But both of Christine's lovers have plans to ferret him out.

想看04版，却阴差阳错看了这版。两个护花使者争风吃醋，喜剧效果拉满，结尾也很有意思。小提琴手，赤裸裸的悲剧，但被整体的欢乐气氛冲淡了。默默付出，是愚蠢的行为。

电影赞 女主角真漂亮 以前年代的人长的是真的漂亮
5.7。这个版本与其他版本的后面部分都是差不多的，也都是男主闯入魅影的巢穴拯救女主，不过此版本最大的不同就是详细讲述了魅影如何从普通人变成了毁容的魅影，但也可惜的是，影片并没有把魅影前后变化的心路变化详细的刻画出来，而只是简单粗暴的把未毁容前的温文儒雅到杀人被毁容后的残暴直接描述出来，缺乏心理上的刻画是一大败笔。此外，影片整体的风格是偏轻喜剧的，两位喜欢克里斯丁的追求者也多次展现一些喜剧桥段，魅影的戏份则被弱化，使得整部影片偏离了悲剧色彩。
终于找到了小时候看过的版本，男中音和警探有点甜
荒诞
43版补档（竟然先于04版看完）镜头画面，配乐，妆束都很好看。感觉对原著改编的有点过，对桶的刻画力度不够（给桶的镜头太少了，小c对他的评价也就只剩pity and understanding了），而且毁容剧情真的很想吐槽。两个喜剧角色也淡化了桶的悲惨命运，表面上是he，但实际的be没有表现得很突出。倒是有个句子挺喜欢的：the artist has a special temperament,and he must live with his life exclusively with those who understand it.（EC人狂喜）最后感谢圈友los的高清视频与字幕翻译（有些字幕太可爱了）
感觉浪费了一个半小时的生命，设定改动大，好衰的桶，吊灯是被手动锯掉的太好笑了，而且毁容一点都不可怕（
